I’m Not Here to Fix You - Because You’re NOT “Broken”
Trauma-informed, Emotionally Focused Therapy for adults who want to feel at home in their bodies and worthy of the lives they’ve always been convinced they don’t deserve.
Hi, I’m Logan Cooper — Trauma Survivor turned Trauma Therapist
I work with adults navigating:
Childhood neglect or abuse
Relational trauma from parents, partners, siblings, or peers
People-pleasing, low self-worth, or toxic productivity
Attachment wounds and dysfunctional relationship patterns
If any of this feels familiar, you are NOT alone.
You are not defined by what you’ve been through, and you’re not here by “accident.”
If any of this feels familiar, you are NOT alone.
You are not defined by what you’ve been through, and you’re not here by “accident.”
Maybe You’re Here Because You:
Are exhausted from pretending that “everything is fine”
Struggle with anger but don’t know how to process or express it in a healthy way
Spent your life neglecting your needs out of fear that having needs makes you “needy”
Grew up too fast and were put in the role of “mini adult”/caretaker without learning to care for yourself
Feel anxious even at the thought of disappointing or upsetting others
Carry traumatic life experiences alone because sharing them feels too scary
Even the traits and behaviors you dislike about yourself make sense. Your nervous system adapted in the best way it knew how to help you survive—and that’s why you’re here today.
You Deserve More Than Survival
Despite what you’ve been conditioned to believe, it’s not your destiny to merely survive.
You deserve to feel safe.
You deserve to feel seen and heard
You deserve to have your needs anticipated and honored by the people in your life.
You deserve to thrive.
As a Trauma Survivor turned Trauma Therapist, I’ve experienced therapy from both sides of the couch & that authentic lived experience serves as the foundation of my work.
My career began as a Rape Recovery Advocate at a nonprofit supporting survivors of sexual trauma. After completing my graduate internship, I spent six years at that nonprofit facilitating individual and group therapy before transitioning to private practice. Even with over a decade of clinical experience, I continue to be astonished and inspired by the sheer strength of human
resilience. I feel deeply privileged to be a part of the healing journey & am madea better person by every client that I work with.
About Me
How We’ll Work Together
When you come to therapy with me, you’re invited to come as you are. Authenticity is ENCOURAGED. You’re not expected to perform, pretend, or tell me what you think I want to hear—you know you better than I do. You decide what feels safe to explore and at what pace. I encourage you to trust yourself, always.
Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and respected. The connection you form with your therapist is one of the most pivotal parts of healing—it’s where trust grows and transformation begins.
I’ve been told that I have a way of telling my clients the truth with their hearts inmind. I will challenge you but you will not face those challenges alone. I believethat humor is healing & that a genuine belly laugh is a sacred part of the humanexperience. If you’re someone who’s tired of feeling “too much” or “never enough,”I get it. Together we will navigate all parts of you with curiosity, patience, & thegrace that you deserve.
